About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a General Shop Floor Labourer with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence to support day-to-day operations within a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move materials safely around the site
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Supporting production teams with general labouring duties
• Moving stock between departments and workstations
• Assisting with packing, palletising, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Keeping the shop floor clean, tidy, and organised
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

About You

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Willingness to carry out a mix of FLT and manual labour duties
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good awareness of health and safety

Desirable

• Previous experience in an engineering or production environment
• Experience with stock control or goods-in/goods-out processes
